Britney comes to New Wave Media, graduating from Mount Royal University with a Bachelor of Applied Communications majoring in Public Relations. Her previous client/work experience has allowed her to acquire expertise on a variety of different marketing and public relations initiatives including the creation of public relations campaigns , communications plans, research plans, event planning, new product launches, as well as website and corporate social media maintenance. At New Wave Media, Britney serves as the primary contact for the clients and is responsible for client satisfaction, account revisions, and day to day communication to ensure all deliverables are completed to  the highest level of quality. Representing client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality, Britney focuses on effective two way communication. Britney also works on the strategic planning and writing of our clients marketing and communications plans, media campaigns, and SEO PR strategies.
