Everybody knows that the cornerstone to a successful business is effective communication. This isn’t a new concept and it shouldn’t come as a surprise to any business professional. What needs to be understood however, is that effective communication must always be consistent. It is not something you can turn on when you need something and turn off when a business partner or client needs something.
