Overview:
Okko Communities are designed with exacting principles to be beautiful, healthy and sustainable living spaces. As a community developer, they understand the enduring relationship between our environment and our community’s health. With this in mind, they are pleased to present Sullivan Landing in Kimberley, BC incorporating the very latest, environmentally-sound technologies and practices.

Challenge:
Like most land development companies, Okko Communities is a fast paced, progressive and extremely busy organization; lots of work needed and very tight deadlines. For this particular project, Okko Communities needed New Wave Media to create and develop the necessary material to showcase the brand new Sullivan Landing Showhome to visitors, in a professional and eye catching manner. Off to work we went!

Solution:

For the new Sullivan Landing Showhome, a total of 9 presentation pieces were created. Unlike most show home presentation boards that use foam core or gator board, New Wave Media decided that a more unique approach to presenting the informational material was needed. In turn, we printed the designs on a vinyl material, customized each presentation piece with a metal frame, and hung the pieces floor to ceiling. Needless to say, very visually appealing and unique.
