Based in Calgary, Alberta, Engelhart Reed Ltd. are general contractors specializing in interior and exterior tenant improvements. Engelhart Reed’s center of attention is on interior design/build, new construction and renovations on industrial properties and suburban offices.

Challenge:
Engelhart Reed had a previous history of creating marketing material that would need to be updated regularly. In fact, according to the ownership group, they really have never had a true marketing piece that they felt met their standard. Moreover, the current material was out of date and needed a makeover. The heat was certainly on for New Wave to produce a quality, one of kind piece.

Solution:
New Wave Media created a marketing piece that Engelhart Reed can showcase to its client for some time come. With newly written clean content and highlighting the core business practices of Industrial and Suburban office construction, the brochure does a fantastic job (according to the client) of bringing out the best work that has been accomplished over the course of the history of the company. More importantly, the design allows for material inserts, so when presenting to specific targets, content can be inserted that pertains to that individual potential client.
