Challenge

The client wanted to increase their online market share as they saw competition creating new Websites and taking on online applications. The new site would have to also improve SEO rankings for the client.

Solution

Features on this site include a custom blog, media centre, custom calculators and custom forums. The client believed that their competition was miles ahead of them in the area of online Applications, so dedicated landing pages were created on the site specifically aimed at reaching target markets - First time home buyer and bad credit applicants. The landing pages were part of a larger SEO PR marketing campaign but assisted in driving traffic to the Website and having customers apply online, something that was virtually non-existent prior to the new site.

The site also features a dedicated back end area for Mortgage Broker clients that are interested in securing private lending deals for their clients. On the home page, the brokers visiting the site simply have to type in a username and password to access information within the back end area of the site. This information (private) is not able to viewed by the public.

Of course, as the site has a CMS component to it, Alta West Mortgage can change or add content at will.
