Aside from their logo and website, Streamline Home Builders had little in the way of marketing material to show their potential and existing customers. They were requesting a professional yet cost-effective way of showcasing their projects, quotes and other information for clients, print material that would get them noticed and impress existing clientele, as well as being informative and user-friendly.

Solution

With photos of the gorgeous houses Streamline Home Builders have built, New Wave Media proposed a binder design to showcase their work, and to enable ease of printing and changing sheets, etc. Also created with consistent design elements and content were letterhead, a presentation folder, insert sheets and dividers. The aim was to create marketing material as professional and eye-catching as the homes Streamline builds.
