Okko Communities are designed with exacting principles to be beautiful, healthy and sustainable living spaces. As a community developer, they understand the enduring relationship between our environment and our community’s health. With this in mind, they are pleased to present Sullivan Landing in Kimberley, BC incorporating the very latest, environmentally-sound technologies and practices.
Challenge:
The biggest challenge for New Wave Media with this project was the short time frame we were given to complete all of the necessary show home material needed for visitors. This has never phased us in the past, and we were certainly not going to let it phase us this time!

Solution:
Work completed: Sullivan Landing presentation folder, floor plans, housing styles, community guidelines, , community features, natural open spaces map, strata FAQ, deep breath....continued....specification list-gold/silver package, and last but not least, sandwich boards, plenty of them!
